The Alternative Dispute Resolution practice focuses on ways of resolving disputes other than through the court system. Worldwide courts are regarded as overloaded, slow and expensive. Some of the alternative ways to resolve disputes include mediation, arbitration and negotiation. We are committed to finding the solution which best suits our client. Many of our people are trained mediators who have been involved in countless negotiations and have appeared in arbitrations both as advocates and as accredited Arbitrators.
